Circet successfully built the new Phoenix Park railway station on the site of the old racecourse. The station gives local residents a 14 minute journey time to Connolly Station and is part of Iarnrod Eireann’s suburban rail network. Circet acted as PSCS for the project. The project phases included Building of new platforms, building of concourse, new fences and surroundings, mechanical and electrical fit out of new station and installation of lifts.

The construction of the station involved the following tasks and activities:

Project execution and plan design, Design, supply and installation of structural steelworks. Construction of footways and pedestrian facilities, Various signing, lining and lighting works, Various landscape environmental works, Ducting, chamber & diversion works (ESB, telecoms, public lighting, gas) & electrical fit out and connections, First and second fix of all building services, Civil engineering and rail side installation management. Creation of new platform & associated concourse, Safety file creation and supply.
