Scope of Works:
- Refurbishment of 16Nr arches
- Soft strip out for all arches
- Deconstruction and removal of existing concrete slabs
- Removal of existing front infills
- Installation of new drainage system
- Civil Works; new floor slabs, brick and block walls internally and externally
- Installation of electrical and mechanical services
- Installation of new toilets and kitchenettes
- Installation of new arch linings
- Installation of new infills to front of arches with roller shutters and pedestrian side doors
