Senior Management Completes Climate Fresk Training

This year, Circet IRE & UK delivered its fifth Climate Fresk training session, engaging the Senior Management Team in Dublin with the participation of our CEO, Donagh Kelly.

The interactive, face-to-face workshop explores the fundamentals of climate change and its direct connection to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability objectives. It is designed to foster leadership awareness and inspire practical actions aligned with our corporate responsibility goals.

Building on last year’s successful roll-out across key locations — Hartbury, Scotland, Dublin, and Slough, the programme continues to generate valuable dialogue and creative ideas that strengthen Circet’s commitment to sustainable operations.

We are already progressing several local initiatives identified during these sessions. One such initiative encourages all employees to calculate and track their personal carbon footprint — a simple yet impactful way to increase awareness and reduce individual environmental impact.
